Bucara have teamed up with an Indonesian maker to produce the Bucara Festival range of African percussion.
Rather than use the native hardwoods, they have taken the true dimensions of the traditional Djembe and manufactured them using GRP, with traditional roping and goat heads.
The results have been stunning. Loud, light drums which react in a similar way to wood drums and are well priced, colourful and durable.
