Product Purchase

Select the products you want for your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the products you want, confirm your order. You will then be transferred to Protx and invited to enter your personal details, credit or debit card information and confirm this sale. At that point payment will be debited by Protx and a receipt will be emailed to you. Protx will simultaneously notify Rhythm Base to confirm the purchase and arrange the dispatch of goods.

You can if your prefer telephone us with your requirements, and give us credit card or debit card details and address for delivery (which should normally be the address of the registered card holder). We will confirm availability of stock and arrange dispatch. For security reasons we recommend that you do not e-mail or fax your credit/debit card details to us.

Product Non-availability

In the event of non-availability of goods, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. All goods remain the property of Rhythm Base Ltd until paid for in full. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice.

There may be some items that we do not have in stock, but have been notified of imminent delivery. Such items will be sent on a next day service ONLY when we have them in stock.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the event of any problems when goods are received, simply contact us by phone on 0141 429 3799 or email us at info@rhythmbase.co.uk quoting your emailed receipt number.

Delivery

Goods are sent on a Next Day (Monday - Friday) service for delivery anytime from 9.00am up to 5.30pm (UK-Mainland Only). All orders (except small accessories) are shipped by Initial Citylink or ANC and are insured against loss or damage until signed for by you.

All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched same day, for next day delivery. Orders received after 1pm on Friday are not dispatched until Monday morning. Delivery should take no more than three working (i.e. Monday -Friday) days. If goods are not received within that timescale, please phone us.

Our couriers are unable to specify a time of delivery. If there is no-one available to receive the goods then a card will be left with the local depot details for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will then hold the goods awaiting your response. Once you have contacted them and they have made a second delivery attempt, if there is still no-one available to receive the goods then you will be required to uplift the goods yourself from their local depot or pay a further charge to have the goods re-delivered. We require a signature upon delivery of the goods. Our couriers CANNOT leave the goods without a signature.
